Cancellation Policy

    • Customers can cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges.
    • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the service time may be subject to partial charges or may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

  • If a cancellation is made within the allowed time frame, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If the service could not be delivered due to issues from our side (e.g., staff unavailability, weather conditions, or technical reasons), a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
  • Refunds will not be applicable if the service was already provided or if the cancellation was made after the allowed time frame.

  • Customers may request to reschedule their booking at least 12 hours prior to the service time at no extra cost.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
