Refund Policy
If a cancellation is made within the allowed time frame, the full amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If the service could not be delivered due to issues from our side (e.g., staff unavailability, weather conditions, or technical reasons), a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
Refunds will not be applicable if the service was already provided or if the cancellation was made after the allowed time frame.
Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule their booking at least 12 hours prior to the service time at no extra cost.
Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
