Service Execution: We commit to providing the best quality service at your location within the agreed time frame. However, Cleanatdoorstep cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, etc.).
Customer Obligations
Cleanatdoorstep offers vehicle cleaning and detailing services at your doorstep. Services include, but are not limited to, exterior washing, interior cleaning, vacuuming, polishing, and detailing for cars, bikes, and SUVs.
- Accessibility: The customer must ensure that the vehicle is available and accessible at the time of the scheduled appointment. This includes providing access to electricity and water if required for specific services.
- Vehicle Condition: The customer is responsible for informing Cleanatdoorstep of any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle before service begins. Cleanatdoorstep will not be liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Cleanatdoorstep reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing & Payment
- Pricing: All prices for services are listed on the Cleanatdoorstep website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price for the service is confirmed at the time of booking.
- Payment: Payment must be made online through our secure payment gateway or as agreed upon during booking. Payment is required before service begins unless otherwise specified.

If you have taken a franchise but have not signed an agreement within the first 7 days and are waiting for it, the agreement may still be considered valid with the company, depending on the terms and conditions. Additionally, if there are delays in the delivery of goods (even up to a month), you may still be bound by the agreement’s terms. In any case, the amount will not be refunded. Furthermore, if any mishappening occurs in relation to the company under the binding agreement, all matters will have to be addressed in Delhi.
